1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Shaun Lyons Executive Coaching & Therapy (“I,” “me,” or “my”) and you (“the client”) for the provision of coaching and therapy services, whether delivered online or in-person.

By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services

I provide transformational coaching and therapy using my proprietary Rapid Peak Potential Method™.
My services may include coaching, therapeutic techniques, mindset work, and subconscious reprogramming methods, tailored to your individual needs.
These services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are currently receiving care from another healthcare professional, please inform me before beginning any sessions.

3. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to participate in my services.
If you are under medical or psychiatric care, you must have approval from your healthcare provider before beginning.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are mentally and emotionally fit to engage in coaching and therapy.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential.
Confidentiality will only be broken if required by law, or if I have reason to believe that you or another person is at risk of serious harm.
Online sessions are conducted using secure, encrypted video platforms to protect your privacy.

5. Bookings & Payments

Sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as agreed.
Payments are accepted in GBP (£) or AED (د.إ) via approved methods (bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal).
For packages or programmes, payment is due upfront unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule, I will offer the soonest available alternative or provide a full refund for that session.

7. Refund Policy

I always work to the best of my ability, and whilst all reasonable care and skill is taken when providing coaching, therapy, or treatment, it would be unethical to guarantee a specific outcome other than to suggest potential results based on previous experience.

In the small percentage of cases where a client feels that the coaching, therapy, or treatment has been unsuccessful, no refund or partial refund will be given.

Your investment is in my time, expertise, and access to my knowledge, resources, and experience — which are provided to guide you in making meaningful change.

Due to the personalised nature of this work, refunds are not provided once sessions or programmes have commenced.

If you choose to discontinue before completing a package, remaining sessions may be held as credit for future use (valid for 6 months) at my discretion.

8. Results Disclaimer

Every individual’s transformation is unique. While I provide proven methods and tools, results cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for your own progress, actions, and decisions during and after our work together.

9. Online & International Clients

My services are available to clients in the UK, Dubai, and worldwide via secure video conferencing.
By booking, you acknowledge that the legal jurisdiction for all services remains under UK law, regardless of your location.

10. Ethics & Professional Conduct

I adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity in all client interactions.
The relationship between client and practitioner is built on mutual trust, respect, and a shared commitment to the process.

11. Intellectual Property

All written materials, transformation audios, and resources shared as part of the Rapid Peak Potential Method™ remain the intellectual property of Shaun Lyons.
These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without my written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in my services.
You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the process.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
